This petition's goal is for the NCAA to ban Jeff Orr from all future NCAA basketball games, effective immediately. Mr. Orr's derogatory actions toward Marcus Smart on February 09, 2014 are a disgrace to the sports world. Whether Mr. Orr called Mr. Smart the N word or not, Mr. Orr should know better than to be interacting with an opposing player while he is in the stands during a crucial moment in a basketball game. If Mr. Smart is to be punished, Mr. Orr should share punishment.
